With the ultimate goal of pairing up every US county with a unique Chinese county for prayer, a few states have to be «subdivided» so that the county numbers fit. In the case of Colorado, roughly the northern 1/3 (along with Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, and northern Utah) is matched up with the high, cold expanse of Tibet in western China. The southern 2/3 of Colorado joins with New Mexico, Navajo Nation (AZ), and part of far west Texas to pray for mountainous Qinghai Province in west-central China. The precise division of counties will come later, when we have some help from folks in Colorado to work out the details!
