With the ultimate goal of pairing up every US county with a unique Chinese county for prayer, a few states have to be «subdivided» so that the county numbers match. In the case of Arizona, everywhere EXCEPT Navajo Nation is matched up (along with southern Utah, Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska) with the immense and diverse province of Xinjiang in far west China. Navajo Nation combines with southern Colorado, New Mexico, and far west Texas to pray for massive Qinghai Province in west-central China.
